Weekly Breath Practice Tuesday 9/3

Join us for an hour of transformative guided conscious breathing rhythms designed to enhance your well-being. This class focuses on stretching and strengthening your respiratory muscles and lungs, leading you on a relaxing meditative journey.

This is an entry level class that leaves room for advanced practices. It features a mix of seated and lying down postures to maximize muscle relaxation for deep breathing. No experience with breathwork necessary and modifications are available.

This is a hybrid class, both in person and on Zoom. Musically induced, if you are joining virtually be sure to wear headphones for a completely immersive journey.
