Breath Therapy
A stepping stone to functional, performance based breathing. Let’s face it, we breathe - automatically and unconsciously - we need not think much about it. We call this dysfunctional breathing and while it gets you by, it also leads to bad breathing habits like over breathing, mouth breathing, holding your breath or worse; anxiety and panic attacks. It’s ok, more of us have these experiences than don’t. The GREAT news, if we choose to breathe in particular patterns on purpose we can radically shift our paradigm to functional breathing, increasing our rate of breath per minute, breathing with more relaxation, in and out through the nose. This builds confidence, creates clarity, and builds motivation to get results. It also provides you with personal experience in ways to control and regulate your nervous system. The highway that carries emotion and response.
This is a great place to start if you have never experienced breathwork, are curious about they way you breathe or looking for a refresher. Over 30 days, we’ll uncover your breathing habits, what is keeping you from maximum potential and relearn/recover new breathing rhythms that will assist you in navigating life such as chronic pain, sleep disorders, anxiety/depression as well as how to maximize performance personally and professionally.

Integrative Healing Breathwork Session or Mentorship
Once we have an experience in how to regulate our breath we learn to bridge the gaps and engage in Integrative breathing. It synchronizes the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems to allow increased relaxation and energy. This process allows us to experience non-ordinary states of consciousness in which each breath becomes an opportunity for healing the tensions that maintain fear-based behaviors. It promotes the development of our essential self and unique gifts. Each person’s process of self-discovery is unique and very different. This transformational process can be used to heal physical, emotional and cognitive blocks, change long standing patterns of self-limitations, reduce anxiety and tension in the body, heal trauma from conception to present, promote optimal wellness and support the immune system. A doorway to another channel of clarity that we use to build new habits of consistency, emotional resilience and self-healing.

Mindset Strategy Micro-Session
Limited on time? Integrate visions, sensations, questions and emotions with a 30 minute micro-session. We polish our thoughts and movements in an alignment of meditative conversation and consciousness. Engage in a deeper conversation of where you are, what you are being asked to see and find clarity in your greatest question. The session is led by your inquiry and together we create a sacred space for your integrative experience. Ideal for new and existing clients.
Curiosity Session
Are you curious about Breathwork, and interested in learning more before you invest time and money? You may have a lot of unanswered questions so we have created a special session just for you to inquire, practice and get to know your own breath. This is an opportunity for an open dialogue to ask questions, share feelings and to vet Erin and the process. This session is conducted via Zoom, and will last approximately 30 minutes. You will receive a short mindful session as part of this experience.
Feel Your Life Signature Program
This is a private mentorship program over the course of 3 months. You will have a personal breath and mind coach walking you through every step of the way. We give you the formula to cultivate stress resilience, optimize breathflow capacity and increase cellular oxygenation. Having a healthy relationship with yourself and your breath are two of the most important relationships you'll have.
Conscious living is a path of growth into our true nature or soul purpose, and, in 90 days you'll uncover the root causes of suffering, identify learned behaviors, mental conditioning and breath dysfunction. This awareness give you insight into how to level up, access healthy boundaries, recognize patterns and stop overreacting to life. Feel Your Life is a masterclass in relationship building, functional breathing, responding, and feeling connected. We pair breathwork with the mindbody to gain awareness, clarity and wholeness in all aspects of life.
In 90 days we uncover personal tools that increase confidence, energy & concentration, how to master the breath and hack the nervous system, curb anxiety and manage stress. Most importantly - regain control of your inner/outer world.

Each Breathwork session is tailored to where you are and creates a safety container for personal growth. After a short check-in we engage in circular connected breathing following by Integration Coaching to create a forward moving strategy, flow of courage, and inner healing.
The monthly alignment calls are designed to help you stay on track with integrating well-being practices and reflection work. The more aligned you are outside of each session, the more successful you will be with long term behavior change.
Feel Your Life is considered a Masterclass and will depend deeply on your level of participation. Please be prepared to practice with breath daily, engage in the strategy workbook and be open-minded.
